While current training programmes may focus on presentation and message, one company is teaching business people how to develop the most fundamental tool of communication - the voice. London-based company Professional Voice, founded in 1977, runs courses in 'voice coaching'. While effective vocal delivery is vital for executives in corporate communications, it is only recently that voice skills have been taught in the business world.
