Coaching focuses on optimising vocal clarity and impact in formal business speaking (including presentations and conference speaking), as well as informal contexts (including briefings, meetings and teleconferencing).

In presentation contexts, there is additional specialist coaching on key messaging and personal impact, providing an advanced skill set appropriate to senior business executives.

Executives working in an international business environment need excellent communication skills in order to be able to engage and influence a multi-cultural audience.

Designed for both native and non-native English speakers, our international programmes provide executives with the necessary skills to communicate with clarity and ensure their audience understands and responds positively to their business messages.

These contemporary group programmes for senior international executives are delivered over 2-3 days. They focus on how to communicate both visually and vocally, through content, personal presence, vocal delivery and visual messaging (optional).

Excellent vocal delivery and presence are key to effective leadership. This one-to-one programme is for business leaders.

The coaching provides executives with the necessary skills to communicate effectively in all business speaking situations, both formal and informal, including presentations, conference speeches, meetings, briefings and teleconferences. This is a staged programme delivered in five two-hour sessions over a 3-4 month period.

As well as enhancing everyday communication, developing an effective and confident presentation style will provide graduates with an essential leadership skill for the future. The benefits to an organisation of providing this training at a lower level will be felt as the graduate progresses further within the business.

This is a one-day group programme designed to introduce graduates to the fundamentals of effective business presentations. It includes coaching on how to structure presentations clearly, organise visual information effectively and deliver a message assertively.

This a new service that enables clients to receive advice from a specialist messaging coach via teleconference. After an initial email assessment, the client is coached on clarity of message, presentation structure and the visual impact of the slides. The client can resubmit a revised presentation at a later date for a final review, if required.

We are now providing companies with a formal mechanism for evaluating the Voice and Communication skills of their key executives. The objective is to assess their performance in everyday business speaking situations covering personal impact, clarity of business message, vocal delivery and ability to persuade and influence. Designed to form part of the Personal Development Plan of any executive with an outward facing role.
